Preferential Parking Permit Request

Preferential parking permits are available for vehicles registered to permanent residents of the restricted parking zones for Montalvo, Lobeiro, Avenida Santa Margarita, Avenida Lucia, Avenida Carmelo, Avenida De La Paz and the Broadmoor/Pacifica area.  Use this form to request a residential preferential parking permit.  One request per vehicle.

You must submit a copy of your vehicle registration as proof of residency on a street within the preferential parking zone to be eligible.  Please have an electronic copy of your proof to submit with this form in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .png, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .rtf, .pdf, .txt.

A guest permit will be included with the first vehicle permit issued for the property.  

Guest Permits are available for permanent residents of households within the preferential parking zones.  Guest permits are only valid for short-term guests of the registered property.  Duplicates are not available if lost or stolen.  For the parking zones listed below, subsequent year permits may be applied for annually using the Guest Permit Request form:  Avenida Santa Margarita, Avenida Lucia, Avenida Carmelo, Avenida De La Paz and the Broadmoor/Pacifica zone.

Terms of Use:

Any vehicle displaying a valid residential parking permit shall be entitled to park on any street within the applicable preferential parking zone regardless of posted time restrictions.  Duplicates are not available if lost or stolen.
