Described below is a summary of resource allocation and contact information:
CODE COMPLIANCE DIVISION:
Community Outreach: The Community Outreach Workers provide outreach and case management services seven days a week. Additional information and contact information can be located at the following link: Link to Community Outreach Workers Resources Page
Code Enforcement Services: The Code Enforcement staff investigates complaints occurring on private property related to violations of the San Clemente Municipal Code (SCMC), and other laws the division has the responsibility to enforce. Link to Code Compliance Main Page
Park Rangers: The Park Rangers Enforce SCMC at the parks, beach areas, trails, public open space areas, and provides parking enforcement at parking lots associated with City facilities, parks and beaches. They also address unattended personal property and enforce put-up/take-down provisions for Martin court-mandated public camping.

POLICE SERVICES:
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) responds to community calls for service and provides law enforcement services that include patrol, investigations, traffic enforcement, community support, drug education, parking control, and crime prevention. As always, the Sheriff's Department primary goal is to provide a safe environment for its community members to enjoy San Clemente's many amenities. We encourage residents to report suspicious activity by calling OCSD non-emergency dispatch as activity is occurring at (949) 770-6011. Issues involving an immediate threat to public safety or property should be reported to 9-1-1.
