What is the purpose of the Golf Course Committee?
The golf committee is an advisory board to the City Council on topics related to the golf course.

When and where do they meet?
Regular meetings are held quarterly, the first Thursday of February, May, August, and November at 6:00pm. Meetings are typically held in City Council Chambers.
How can I present my comments to the Golf Course Committee?
There is time allotted at each meeting for public comments. At the appropriate time, simply identify yourself to the committee chair and request to speak.
Who is on the Golf Course Committee and how do get their positions?
Interested residents of San Clemente can apply to serve at the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall. The committee consists of five residents selected to serve by the City Council. Terms of service are for two or three years and a certain number of the positions are available each June.

How can I serve on the Golf Course Committee?
To become a member of the Golf Committee citizens are asked to file an application with the City Clerk, prior to an interview and selection by the City Council. These selections normally occur in June of each year, or at other times when an vacancy on the Committee occurs.
