Metered Parking Permits
Purchase an Annual Metered Parking Permit | Purchase a Gift Certificate
Metered parking permits are exclusively available online! Please use the link above to purchase a parking permit. Metered parking permits are available for $50 for San Clemente residents and $100 for non-residents. Parking Permits can be used in any City of San Clemente operated metered parking space at North Beach, Linda Lane, Parque Del Mar/Pier Bowl, and T-Street, which excludes State operated metered spaces at the Calafia State Beach and Trestles State Beach Lots. Parking Permit decal must be affixed (no scotch tape) on the lower right hand (passenger) side of the vehicle’s front windshield. These permits are valid for 12 consecutive months. Preferential Parking Permits
Preferential Parking Permit requests received between November 1st and December 15th will be processed and mailed on or before December 24th. All other requests will be processed after January 6th.
Preferential parking permits are now exclusively available online. Please use the links above to request a parking permit online. There are several residential preferential parking zones in the City of San Clemente. You must submit a copy of your vehicle registration as proof of residency on a street within the preferential parking zones.
Montalvo and Lobeiro Parking Permits
Montalvo and Lobeiro parking permits are $10. Once your request is approved, an invoice will be emailed to you. These permits are valid for one calendar year. Parking Permit decal must be affixed (no scotch tape) on either the lower left hand bumper of the vehicle or the outside lower left hand rear window.
Santa Margarita, Lucia, Carmelo, Ave De La Paz and the Broadmoor/Pacifica Area
Parking permits are available for residents of Ave Santa Margarita, Ave Lucia, Ave Carmelo, Ave De La Paz and the Broadmoor/Pacifica area. Parking Permit decal must be affixed (no scotch tape) on either the lower left hand bumper of the vehicle or the outside lower left hand rear window.
Guest Parking Passes
Residents living within a preferential parking zone may now obtain a guest parking permit for short-term guests to the residence. One permit may be obtained per address per year. Some Broadmoor/Pacifica residents may be eligible for four guest permits depending on the street address of the residence. Guest parking permits shall be valid for the balance of the calendar year issued and must be renewed annually.
