Guest Permits are available for permanent residents of households within the restricted parking zones for Avenida Santa Margarita, Avenida Lucia, Avenida Carmelo, Avenida De La Paz and the Broadmoor/Pacifica area. Use this form to request a guest preferential parking permit for these areas. Only one request per residence address will be considered in any calendar year.

You must submit a copy of a vehicle registration or Driver License as proof of residency on a street within the preferential parking zone to be eligible. Please have a electronic copy of your proof to submit with this form in the following formats: .gif, .jpg, .png, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .rtf, .pdf, .txt.

Terms of Use:

Any vehicle displaying a valid guest parking permit shall be entitled to park on any street within the applicable preferential parking zone regardless of posted time restrictions. Guest permits are only valid for short-term guests of the registered property. Permit must be properly displayed at all times while visiting a residence in the preferential parking zone. Duplicates are not available if lost or stolen.
