In February 2014, the City Council adopted the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP) with the "Centennial General Plan." The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan will guide decisions specially related to bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and design, safety, access, and more. It includes a list of potential bicycle and pedestrian projects that the City will consider over time. This document is to implement General Plan goals and policies.
