There are three State Parks located near by. All three offer both tent and motor home facilities.

San Clemente State Park is located on the bluffs over looking San Clemente State Beach and is one of the most popular State Parks on the coast. Reservations are required. Access via the I-5 Calafia offramp.

San Mateo State Park is roughly one mile inland on Christanitos Road at the southern end of San Clemente. It is San Clemente’s newest park with bike/walking trails to the beach.
San Onfore State Park is three miles south of San Clemente and offers camping along the historic old Pacific Coast Highway. There are a number of short but steep trails that lead to some of Orange County’s most desolate and beautiful beaches.
