What is the City's Long Term Financial Plan?
|
The Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP) is an annual process to address issues impacting the City's financial condition. The process begins by identifying critical areas which have, or are expected to have, an impact on the financial condition of the City over the next five years. Once the issues are identified, specific goals and objectives are developed for each project. Project teams are formed to prepare option papers with specific and practical recommendations. The issues and recommendations are presented to City Council for direction on implementation of the plan.
