Community Development Department– includes Building, Planning, Business Licensing, and Code Enforcement (910 Calle Negocio – 949/361-6100). From I-5 take Avenida Pico east to Calle Amanecer (right on Amanecer), left at Negocio – turn left at the first driveway and follow the signs to City’s entrance (at the rear of the building).
Public Works – includes Engineering and Emergency Planning – (910 Calle Negocio - 949/361-6100) From I-5 take Avenida Pico east to Calle Amanecer (right on Amanecer), left at Negocio – turn left at the first driveway and follow the signs to Citys entrance (at the rear of the building).
Police Services (100 Avenida Presidio) (949/361-8218) Coming south on I-5, exit Palizada (right on Palizada), left on El Camino Real, left on Presidio – this will take you under the freeway – Police Services is the first driveway on the right side (lower floor of City Hall). Coming north on I-5, exit Presidio – go right on Presidio.
City Hall (100 Avenida Presidio) (949/361-8200) Coming south on I-5, exit Palizada (right on Palizada), left on El Camino Real, left on Presidio – this will take you under the freeway – City Hall is not far from the freeway on the right side. Coming north on I-5 exit Presidio – go right on Presidio. City Hall is on the right side – enter the second driveway.
Beaches, Parks & Recreation Administration (910 Calle Negocio – 949/361-6100). From I-5 take Avenida Pico east to Calle Amanecer (right on Amanecer), left at Negocio – turn left at the first driveway and follow the signs to City.
Beaches, Parks & Recreation (100 Calle Seville)(949/361-8264) Take the Palizada exit on the I-5 and go west – turn left on El Camino Real – right on Del Mar – right on Calle Seville.
Maintenance Services (390 Avenida Pico, Building A) (949/361-8317) Take the Pico exit on the I-5 – go west – turn in the driveway on the left side.
Water/Sewer Division (380 Avenida Pico, Building N) (949/361-6149) Take the Pico exit on the I-5 and go west – turn in the driveway on the left side.

Where can a water bill be paid?
|
You can now pay your water bill on-line. To access, when in the City’s website http://san-clemente.org, click on the “Pay a Bill” quick link on the left side. Customers must enter their account number and numeric part of their address. The web site will confirm your balance due and payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard. The payment will be processed the following business day.

Where can graffiti be reported?

Stewart and Associates handles graffiti reporting.
There are two ways to report graffiti, either by calling the 24/7 graffiti hotline at (949) 361-8385 or by logging onto the easy and anonymous website at san-clemente.org and clicking on “Report Graffiti” under the “Quick Links” section or click on Services/Complaints/Graffiti Hotline.

Where can a parking permit be purchased and what is the cost for residents/non-residents?
|
The City of San Clemente has several different parking permits available for sale.
Metered parking permits are available for $50 for San Clemente residents and $100 for non-residents. These permits can be used in any metered parking space within the City. There are metered parking spaces at the pier, Metrolink station and the beaches. These permits are valid for 12 consecutive months. Vehicle registration and proof of residency must be provided to receive the residency price. These permits may be purchased at City Hall, located at 100 Avenida Presidio, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on alternating Fridays.
Montalvo and Lobeiro parking permits are $10. These permits are valid for one calendar year. Vehicle registration and proof of residency on one of those streets must be provided in order to purchase a permit. These permits are only available at City Hall located at 100 Avenida Presidio between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on alternating Fridays.
Free parking permits are available for Santa Margarita, Lucia and Carmelo. Vehicle registration and proof of residency on one of those streets must be provided in order to purchase a permit. These permits are only available at City Hall located at 100 Avenida Presidio between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on alternating Fridays.
