Robert G Wright
|
Term Expires: 2013
Contact Me: Phone: 949 361-6188
Civic Background: I was a School Administrator in East Whittier City School District for twenty-five years. When I retired nineteen years ago, my wife Helene and I moved to San Clemente. We have three grown sons.
I have been active in the Saint Andrew’s by the Sea United Methodist Church serving on and chairing several committees. It was through this organization that I began attending the Human Affairs Forums and I have been doing that for the past 15 years or so. Other activities include the Youth Task Force where I am currently serving as Treasurer. Since retiring I have supervised student teachers for Whittier College and served on School Review Boards for the State. Currently, I am docent for Casa Romantica Cultural Center.
Personal Note: Because of my strong belief in the objectives of the Human Affairs Committee I decided to apply for a position on the Committee and feel honored to have been accepted. Further I feel it will, in some small way, give me an opportunity to give back to this wonderful community.
