Summer Camps and Classes!
|
It’s time for summer, which means it’s time for fun and adventures! The City of San Clemente’s Recreation Division offers a variety of camps for ages 5 to 16 and classes for all. Spend your vacation out in the sun learning how to surf, swim at the San Clemente Aquatics Center, hiking, running and or learning about science. The Recreation Division has an activity for all! Camps can be found online and in the Recreation Magazine. Registration for summer classes begin Wednesday, May 8.

Recreation Service Description
|
The purpose of the Recreation Division is to provide and facilitate a wide range of beneficial, healthy and constructive recreation, athletic, social and cultural programs, activities and events to residents and visitors of San Clemente.
The Recreation Division provides recreation, athletic, social and cultural opportunities for a wide range of age groups. The majority of these activities are conducted at the Community Center, Senior Center and Ole Hanson Beach Club and City parks. The division manages aquatic facilities where classes are held year round. In addition, regional recreational athletic programs and special events are facilitated through a Tri-City Partnership with the cities of Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano.

To promote health, wellness, and quality of life through services and programs that strengthen a sense of place and community, promote cultural unity, and facilitate community problem solving.
