On June 3, 2008, the City of San Clemente's voters approved an Ordinance to preserve height limitations within a portion of the Shorecliffs neighborhood. As part of the Ordinance approval, new development standards were created for residences in the affected area. The affected properties subject to Ordinance are demonstrated in the exhibit below. The new development standards for the affected properties are contained within the approved ordinances.
