Rate Comparison Calculators
The 2017 Cost of Service Study analyzed historical consumption data, costs to treat and deliver potable water and determine revenue requirements to recover the cost to operate the City's water utility service. For more information and to review documents relevant to this process, click here.
2018 Sewer Cost of Service Process
The City will initiate a comprehensive Cost-of-Service Study in 2018 to examine the costs to provide wastewater services. The Study will examine the costs and revenue requirements to operate and maintain the City's wastewater infrastructure.
Wholesale Water Supply Pass-through Rate
The proposed water rate structure will decouple the cost of wholesale water from the existing consumption-based rates. This new fee will appear separately on the utility bills and reflects the actual cost to purchase wholesale water.
Ever wonder why your water rates are going up, even though you're using less? Good question!
